Hey y'all, I’m a Korean-American law student currently writing a book on K-pop that will be published in December 2020. As a long-time fan myself, I realized there’s not enough books out there on the subject, especially those that address all relevant topics. I'll be engaging with y'all throughout this year (or maybe the rest of my life lmao), hoping to hear some of your experiences and get inspired! Before that though, I'm an urban/kpop dancer - I was competitive in the Bay Area scene, and directed a kpop dance team for awhile during college. As a Korean I've seen the phenomenon grow from the very early days, and it's pretty exciting how K-pop has made it this far. It's only upwards from here. edit: follow my Instagram page for "K-Pop: The Odyssey" HERE for updates!
