    Have you ever been on one?
    1. How long did you do it?
    2. What you eat/what type of diet and do you exercise?
    3. How much weight did you lose?
    4. Why you try to lose weight in the first place?

    Btw what I mean by 'diet' here is that one process where you try to lose weight.

    I'm always on a diet

    I've recently lost 10kg, but it was horrible. I couldn't eat any carbs of any sort. Pure protein: meat and eggs.

    I honestly don't recomend it. I'm starting to gain weight because I can't support a life time withou carbs. Try a Food Reducation. You must be able to eat everything, but not ALL of the thing... If you know what I mean.

    Besides sugar, you should be able to eat everything in healthy amounts.

    edit: Drink water and excercise. It can be seem stupid to tell you to drink water, but when we are thirty our brains can't really tell if it's thirst or hunger at first and we tend to go after food before water. So, drink water.

    Very. In my next life I can only hope I have a functioning metabolism and no issues with food.

    im constantly on one too, but the only restriction i really put on myself is calories

    i know a lot of people have a negative viewpoint of calorie counting, but i need to do it to make sure i get enough/can keep track of the fiber i get in a day (i have intestinal issues)
    i also just like my weight as of right now, so ig i do it just to maintain my weight too

    But ill answer for my "ok im proper dieting now"

    1. How long did you do it?
    2 months

    Calorie restriction
    Walking to and from school
    Zumba twice a week
    (Every single diet only works bcs of "calories in vs calories out")

    3. How much weight did you lose?
    8kg

    4. Why you try to lose weight in the first place?
    I felt like crap
    I felt that i looked like crap
    My parents were starting a diet too

    3. 17 lbs
    4. It was for a dance production. Needed to be more lithe

    intermittent fasting. only eat for a specific time period everyday but get to eat what i want. i just do basic plyometrics and running. my goal was to just stay healthy not so much about weight loss

    I eat 1 meal a day. I know that it’s really unhealthy but it’s a quick and easy way to shed a few pounds fast. I’ve already lost around 8-9 kg.

    All the time. I'm tall girl (178 cm) and I always feel HUGE. I'm loosing and gaining and loosing... so my weight is between 55 kg and 60kg. I'm mostly doing calories restriction without exercising.

    I'm starting a diet tomorrow.
    Broccoli and sweet potato +4eggs
    Or
    Chicken and vegetable soup + hemp and pea protein shake, with almond milk.
    Both menus are undrr 500 calories and I will alternate them depending on convenience/exercise/carb needs
    +1h exercise a day fasted
    2 h walking
    3 l water and matcha for breakfast
    Food stops at 4 pm at the latest
    7 days
    It's a little extreme but my body doesn't react to conventional methods. I'm keeping it short.
    I will update.
    I'm not weighing myself to not influence myself (getting too lax)my sister is recording the weight for me
    I did the broccoli + eggs menue in December and lost 4 kg in a week. I kept them low until I went back to my parent's house in August.
    I'm used to keto/intermittent fasting/Omad, I have been doing it for a year, and I am pretty athletic, I just happen to gain weight easily and drop it very slowly.
    I'm starting with a 24 h fast.
    I'm 162 cm and 54 kg.
    I'll keep updating.
