    For example.

I get a little bit put off by people being lazy and not capitalizing other people's name. Like. I may be a little bit conservative. But I think it shows disrespect even if that's not the intention.

Ben "de" bağlacı ile "-de" çekim ekini karıştırıp ne zaman bitişik ne zaman ayrı yazıldığını bilmeyen insanlara sinirden deli oluyorum.

Shows noted and edited, but what's the problem with 'other'? I searched for it. It seems correct. The names, as in plural, seemed incorrect, I edited that too. But the other? Can you clear this up for me? I'm not a native english speaker. I'm trying my best to learn it without a teacher.

Off evet ya ben de deli oluyorum. Özellikle de koca koca üniversite öğrencileri yaptığında. 20 yıldır konuştuğun dili doğru kullanmak zor olmamalı. Ama beni daha da delirten soru eklerini ayırmayanlar. Hadi kafaları basmıyor ek ile bağlacı ayırt etmeye diyelim de, soru eki daima ayrı yazılıyor, istisnası bile yok, hala nasıl yanlış yazıyorlar ya?

I just thought that some preposition is needed before the word other, but I guess it does not matter since it looks good without it.
And you can avoid redundancy by not using both these words in your sentence, little bit.

As a former hardcore grammar nazi (I’m more chill now as I matured (by a significant lot) over the past couple of years or so to realize not only am I aware that I’m prone to making the same mistakes that I correct with but also realize that it’s sometimes for efficiency purposes as well (no time to check over and look for errors)), I used to get bothered by misspellings (including not spelling out the full word out) and capitalization errors.

Ah, I understand. A 'bit put off' sounds better.
I think some grammar nazi tendencies are good to truly cultivate a language (do people use this expression?) but being not too uptight about it is more healthier. I like your point. No reason to get upset about misspellings.

There are a lot of mistakes that bother me, but in my native language. I just don't get how one can butcher up a language that they grew up with.
As for English, there are some that bother me, like the use of there/they're/their and your/you're. But, well, I'm not native and I think I make a lot of mistakes too, so I don't point them out.

Edit: Oh, ohhhh! And, just remembered, I dislike it when people hit space before puntuation.

Or when someone posts a block of text (I'm talking a novel chapter or something really lenghty) and use a center alignment. Why? That's so hard to read. Ughhh!

    • Using "loose" instead of "lose," as in "I want to lose weight."
    • Using "creditable" instead of "credible." They are not the same!

grammar alone doesn’t bug me too much, the only thing that kinda bugs me sometimes is pronunciation >>

i know some people can’t help how they pronounce things, & how words can be pronounced in different ways, but i just dislike when someone pronounces something in a way i’m not used to :T

it was shortened to chris' dog to save ink on printer. but it's widely used so it's normal. but still incorrect

No. They are both correct. I have researched this because it always confused me and no matter what, I have had no website or grammar book say that one was wrong. Though I can't be sure, it might be a difference between American English and British English.
