Well I have very severe backpain because I have big boobs and I'm actually thinking of getting breast reduction surgery which my health insurance would cover because of how much pain I experience. But for now do you have any advice on what would make it easier to deal with the pain?

I was gonna suggest sleeping on your back
have you tried that? it naturally re-aligns
    your back.

Maybe massage will help? There's also acupuncture if you're not on a budget, both are effective.

A really good (but pricey TT) sports bra. My back pains reduced markedly when I finally got a good supportive bra. Trust me you'll thank yourself for spending your money right. I wouldn't recommend breast reduction for you, you're still a bit young for that, and I'm pretty sure any plastic surgeon would say the same.

I suffered from backpain for a while and used "Efficascent oil" had someone massage it into my back. It helped majorly.
I recommend getting a massage with oil when you feel pain along with having a massage with the oil in the evening and sleeping on your back.

*I can't remember where I bought it but I think you can buy it online.

Me and my a cups can't relate but when I got a back injury about a year ago , heat packs and stretches really helped loosen the muscles that bunched up and caused the strain on my back.

Turmeric, if you consume it it can help with any type of back or joint pain. They also come in capsules, or try turmeric tea.

A mixture of all the above really. Strengthening your back muscles and core (abdomen) can help reduce the stress around the area. Heating pads and pain medication is only temporary relief. Differing posture and realigning your spine could also help (try lying down on a hard surface like on a table, make sure your head and shoulders are slightly off the table, than lift your arms back past your head, rest like that for a while and it should help with the pain).

If you do decide to get breast reduction surgery, make sure to find a surgeon and whole medical team that are under your insurance coverage plan, a group that's in your network, so that you're not paying extra fees you don't know about.

Good posture helps alot already actually! Also applying warmth if it's a bad moment, although you should generally try to
annihilate the causes. A friend of mine had gotten the same surgery you're thinking of, and she said she doesn't regret it^^
I we advance quickly and we get better at things like that, so I don't think it's gonna be horrible!! Whatever you go for though, best of luck!!

Don't sit very much, its bad for the body

Maybe take the surgery if you are comfortable with it and think it will make you happy.

Same here. I have finally found good recliner for home. A recliner can provide optimal support with all types of related issues or general discomfort in the upper or lower back. Plus they are perfect for gaming too. I've checked all reviews on thebestreclinersreviews.com about best recliners before I found it. Besides it looks stylish.
