Keeping Izone and X1 means supporting cheating and fraud. It's like letting sport athletes that did doping to keep their titles.

Something I wonder is if there's also an issue with their contracts, especially IZ*ONE's since X1 (allegedly) hasn't signed theirs yet. I hope there were no fraudulent things that happened with those but given Mnet's history, I doubt it.

It's sad because I think that even if the members whose companies cheated to get them into the groups resign and are replaced with the "true" winners, I doubt that fans will be accepting of this and that those idols will end up getting hate. It's a lose lose situation.

I think a better comparison would be the referees and judges were bribed by the coaches without the knowledge of the athletes for them to keep the title. As the idols didnt cheat delibirately cheat themselves.

Then no group should exist. So many idols have obviously paid their way in.

Your not getting the point. What private companies do to make their groups is their business. They don’t make statement telling the public they are making a group. This has to do with Fraud and lying to the GP. Companies paying for their trainees to get in is bad, but the GP is mad about the lies and think the group is fraudulent.

I keep hearing this comparison and it’s dead wrong. Produce groups are clearing different than idols getting in cause they come from wealthy families.

agreed, but if we're being honest, most idols in popular groups from big agencies come from rich families and probably "payed their way in".

It's not the same thing though, PD is through public decision not a single person like Private companies

I like how you trashy Antis are so hell bent on trying to associate X1 and IZ*One with fraud and yet none of ya'all ever bother making posts about Mnet who was actually behind all of the fraud in the first place. Hell......I don't even see any posts clamoring for helping out Haein or anybody else that was victimized by the vote rigging.

Your drama-whoring and biased agenda is showing

It sucks for the ones stuck in the middle.
However benefiting from fraud is just not okay.

For the greater good of Kpop, they need to disband(earlier than planned)

I mean, y'all understand that they were always going to dispand, right?
Y'all understand they are only temp groups, with no long term future, right!?!

    So.... no great loss.

    edit:
I am NOT accusing the members of fraud.
HOWEVER, if they continue to gain fame and income, they are benefiting from fraud. or benefiting from the proceeds of crime. (yes, those are *things*)

MNET gained revenue from votes, from endorsements and album sales, and so did the members.
That is fraud, and that is why anyone who continues to knowingly benefit from the original fraud, is in many countries, committing a criminal act.

That's why the police are involved.
Not because your precious fav was dropped.
