Do you think kpop idols are actually their official weight+height irl?

Every kpop boy is supposedly 5’10...sure

 

Yeah weight is reduced for both. I remember they had amber at like 90 something pounds when in reality she was like 123 pounds.

 

I don't even think their age is real I'm that cynical

 

I hope not. Some of the female idols are listed under 95 lbs

 

Some company provide insoles for the short members to look same height with the other and
Some tall idols also wear insoles .

Weight - straight no. They are human beings with fluctuating weights...
Height - probably yes for people of the ideal height only.

 

I would like to think that they don't lie on the height, why would you want to lie in something like that? I can understand the lies in the weight, but height? Is something you can't control, so why would you bother

 

I've seen photos of GD standing next to Psy, who is 170cm/5'7" and doesn't care who knows it; they're the same height.

 

So my sister was recently saw EXO Kai up close at a popular fashion district in Seoul, and then she immediately calls me just to say that he’s nowhere near 182cm (Kai’s official height) even with the shoes on. she said that he’s only like 179/180cm, but his physiques made him looks taller. my sister is 173cm and i’m 183cm flat. so she quite know the measurements haha

 

It's what their companies have not what the Idols are putting so don't be too quick to blame Idols whom are usually thrown under the bus when they find out how heavy or how tall they are according to the companies' profiles

 

i think the numbers are adjusted... especially with female idols and their weight.. some idols look so underfed the official weight just cant be right
but yeah there is no way most of the numbers are correct... maybe for the taller more athletic idols the numbers are more accurate... but just an assumption (and yeahi know what its to assume)

 

I think male idols almost always have their height exaggerated while female idols usually have their height increased and weight decreased.

Some girls have their height decreased too though, like I know Suzy said her official height was listed at 164 cm but she’s actually 168 cm. I think Rosé from BP also had her height decreased (or grew since debut) bc her official height is listed as 168 cm but I’ve seen BP in concert and she has to be 170 cm minimum, easily the tallest in the group

 

My faves just said that his weight is 6kg heavier than his company profile lol...
