Do you like the way your body looks? If not, what would you change?

    I don't like my body.

    I need to cut my body fat down a bit, to see my abs. However, food is too delicious.:sketchyk:

    What about you? Do you like the way your body looks? (Scars, body fat, stretch marks, shape, etc.)

    I'm pretty satisfied with it. I've had/have good proportions without taking care of my body, so now I'm trying to see how good it would look if I ate properly and go to the gym.

    My only issue is that I want a Kardashian booty :sob:

    i don't have abs but im at a 21.7 bmi which is a godly bmi

    so im pretty happy with myself but i'm trying to get myself to the gym more and give those abs some breathing room :D

    That's awesome that you looked good without caring.

    Take it nice and slow and keep setting good goals at the gym.

    Do squats with the bar and weights to firm up your butt. Don't skip leg day.:)

    Just continue to lift weights and eat good protein and you will look better and become healthier.

    yeah i got an app that gives me some mini workouts i can do at home to get me a stronger core

    i already get enough protein, i just need to do the workouts ;)

    im happy with my height

    its a good upper-end average height

    i dont dislike my body weight either, it looks fine. However I would like to get much skinnier and get toned ( not ripped, just toned ). I love being skinny and I haven't been for a couple of years.

    edit : i have a broad shoulder and tall legs ( for my height ) without ever hitting the gym so im fine with my shape too

    Yes, broad shoulders make people look bigger.

    Just try doing more exercises and eating healthier and I'm sure you will look better if you are consistent.

    Good choices. Try dancing like them to get more fit;)

    Or find whichever exercise you like such as: sports, hiking, running, weightlifting, etc.

    I wan't to be a little bit taller. I have body like Yeri, short and look plump. so its hard to pick an outfit for me that didn't make me look smaller.

    If you are pretty young you can still grow in height.

    If not, don't worry as we cannot help the height we have but you keep rocking the outfits you wear.:cool:

    i used to play football a lot ( soccer for plebs ) and ever since I stopped playing, I lost the athletic body ( which is my favourite body type )

    I'm happy with it yeah. Im slim and my boobs are barely a B but I got a big butt. I've always been in shape cause I dont eat a lot of shitty food and I enjoy working out (smoking and drinking are my main vices.. but I've cut down a lot on those)

    No, that's why I relapsed. I want my thigh gap and slim legs back. I also want to be taller either 5'4 or 5'6 but not in between

    Try playing again as it's fantastic cardio.

    I miss playing tennis and I need to get back on the court.

    I understand about missing your healthier body. Hope you get it back.
    What kind of workouts or exercises do you like? You sound good and I'm glad you are cutting down on the smoking and drinking.

    I'm sure you still look great. :)

    If you don't like your current body, try getting a bit more exercise. I love going on long walks and it's free. Eat more natural foods and drink plenty of water.

    I understand. I hate my stupid eating (and body) disorder but it just won't go away.

    That's a very specific height. You're still young so I'm sure you will grow. Eat nutrient dense food as your body is still growing at that age.

    Be a kid and enjoy life! Don't worry too much about your weight. Just be active and eat healthy. :D

    Simple stuff. Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, running/treadmill. My gf is really into yoga but.. I'm not balanced enough for that lol

    No. I think I'm past being a kid, I'm 15 and I'm an old soul anyway. I rather worry about my weight now and not be fat or obese later. :)

    i am short
    i have big face
    i have a lot of moles on my face
    i have flat chest (flatter than lisa's (sorry) - if i can be more detailed)
    one of my eye is smaller than another one
    i have big thighs and arms fat
    and belly fat
    flat ass
    messy teeth
    my back is not straight (forward head posture)
    i have O type legs
    dark knees and elbows
    hairy body (from head to toe, i am serious even my chest & my back)
    i have damaged hair
    my eyebrows difference is so weird. (one is really arched than the other and makes me look mad all the time)
    i have knotty fingers

    i am just ugly.
