If the 2 korea's every re-unite. Will he ever get prosecuted? I think the world is so obsessed with peace that they'll give him his way if he just put down his weapons.

It'd be difficult to prosecute him. Most dictators that have faced justice were forcibly removed, if he decides to play nice without any fighting I think the major powers are going to be a bit confused on how to handle the situation.
Any 'sentence' might be reduced to reparations, and maybe many years later he'll be deposed.

What for, human right atrocities? He may just kill himself because he is aware the world/public will not let him slide. Generally, he need to be brought to justice but his peers will poison him.

Prosecuting dictators is extremely difficult. To even put Kim Jong Un on trial, he'd have to be extracted -- alive -- from a nation where he's developed a strong cult of personality, and where he's got huge amounts of personal security. Kim Jong Un is a paranoid man who's already concerned about foreign attack; he takes a lot of precautions and wouldn't be easy to kidnap or kill. Assassinating him would be difficult; capturing him and removing him from the country in one piece would be nearly impossible. So, no, I don't think he'll ever be put on trial. He may well be killed, by foreign enemies or internal dissenters, but I'd be surprised to see him imprisoned.

Unless the quality of life picks up significantly, S. Korea and N. Korea will never merge. S. Korea, one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world, would have to be interested in dumping in billions of dollars into lifting N. Korea out of the backwater, uneducated, unskilled, unaware hell that their dictators have put the country into. And they'd have to be willing to do that at the expense of making their country become stagnant. Not likely.
