ive heard the aztec indian clay mask is great for your skin and helps a ton with acne too. it's all natural and less than 10 buck on amazon so.. worth a try maybe?

also drink enough water, wash your face twice a day, maintain a healthy diet,.. youve probably heard it a million times hhh

-Tea tree oil can help reducing the inflammation of a pimple
-Then aloe vera gel helps with the scarring
-Try to avoid dairy if possible for two to three weeks and see if there's a difference
-Try to supplement in zinc for one month and see if there's a difference

There's a lot I could say, but it's all general stuff (like for example about diet, exercise, skincare and so on) and things you probably already know or can easily find out. But what's best is to find yourself a good dermatologist who will talk to you and find out about your lifestyle, habits, the products you use and will be able to draw a conclusion based on that and give you the best advice. Best of luck <3

If you already have a pimple, pimple patches work like magic! It absorbs the gunk inside the pimple and acts like a protective cover so it prevents further infection

You’re gonna think I’m crazy but don’t wash your face with those acne clearing face washes. Just don’t. My skin did a 180 and changed for the better when I started cleaning my face with my hands and water. Then I have a bottle of witch hazel put it on a cotton pad and wipe all over my face. After I use any Nivea moisturiser. For clearing spots I have Benzoyl peroxide cream 5%. But for individual spots put some tea tree oil on a cotton bud that’s been dipped in water. Then dab it onto the spot. New spots that are just coming up disappear overnight or developed ones die within like a day. If you get a huge massive stubborn pimple nothing will get rid of it fast. Just wait it out and do the usual. My skin is so clear now and I don’t have acne just occasional hormonal breakouts.
If you wear makeup a lot you’d have to clean your face though. But use the most gentle products possible.

Do you take some medicine for this purpose? Maybe some supplements or something? I have been looking for some at Canadian Pharmacy, and I would like to get some tips on it here from you. Thank you in advance!

I think the most important you should think about is cleaning your skin and dieting for some time

I'm not taking any meds. Just a soap and a cream w/ SPF
