sorry if this has already been answered, but how many messages do you need to post to get to the next level (i.e. going from a trainee to a rookie) on your profile?
The forum uses a system of trophies points that combine posts and likes which you can see below (numbers indicated are trophy points, not number of messages). Trainee - 0 Rookie - 30 Super Rookie - 100 Entertainer - 210 Artist - 360 Star - 550 Legend - 780 So honestly, it also depends on your message/like ratio. Following the normal order, this is what it means in terms of needing to have both to get the title in question. Trainee - automatic title Rookie - 100 messages / 15 likes Super Rookie - 250 messages / 50 likes Entertainer - 1.000 messages / 200 likes Artist - 3.500 messages / 400 likes Star - 6.500 messages / 700 likes Legend - 10.000 messages / 1.000 likes
Please delete my flop thread lol http://www.allkpop.com/forum/threads/time-lapse-vs-bullshit.93738/#post-1538378
Do you think a thread showing where users are from is a good idea? It would be called like "Official AKP International Airport Thread" or something less stupid but users can tag the OP and the OP makes a list of which users are from where. It might help new users find people from the same country or even different countries to talk to.
Sure, since users are the ones that will decide whether they feel comfortable or not sharing that kind of info. It's fine as long as it's not asking for info more precise than a country unless users are the ones bringing it up first. The rest will just depend on whether users want to share this kind of info or not which well you know is up to them. : )
If you have problem on forum side you can use this page: http://www.allkpop.com/forum/account/alert-preferences to make sure that you have the "Quotes your message" checked. If you are talking about article side, mods are just regular users so it's bit harder to help especially after it was reworked. However, if you go to article, then scroll down to Conversation part (where you usually leave comments), you can click the grey bell next to your name and it should show your notifications.
what is a warning point....is there a way to keep track of them?...can people see how many warning points u have...do i have any? the elusivness of these things...that i've only heard about..mystifies me
You can read up on warning points on forum rules: http://www.allkpop.com/forum/threads/allkpop-forum-rules-update-pinning-threads.51186/ Basically you get warning points if you break forum rules. If you have more than 1, you will be banned- the more you have the longer the ban will be. Warning points will eventually expire and when they do they don't count anymore towards bans. Users can't currently see their own warning points, however if you get warning point you should get message about it explaining on what you got it for. You don't have any, which is likely why you didn't know in the first place
