Anyone have any advise to get rid of or minimise the dark circles and puffiness under the eyes?

    Home remedies or shop bought.

use tea bags or gel eye masks to help with puffiness and dark circles.

makeup wise, use concealer. If your dark circles are more on the purple/blue side, use yellow concealer. If they're on the red side use a green concealer and if your dark circles look green, use a reddish concealer or even a peach-toned one.

Buy one of those aloe vera leaves from like a grocery store and rub them under your eyes once a day for like a week. Works wonders

If you haven't got patches made them by yourself.
Take a cotton pad, apply on it aloe or usual cream, cool it, put under your eyes.

Good eye creams with retinol and collagen actually work pretty well. I've noticed a significant improvement around my eyes in the last year, to the point I've gone from always being able to see the circles when i look in a mirror to having to look from certain angles just to see them anymore.

The dark circles are caused by your skin around the eyes thinning from a loss of collagen that comes with age and the blood vessels underneath becoming more visible. Collagen plumps up your skin and makes them less visible.

Another factor may be that as I started looking into how to get rid of those circles, I started learning more about proper skincare in general. I rinse and moisturize my face several times a day now, so that may also be responsible for a lot of the improvement. Here some Best tips to Get rid of Eye Bags: https://www.beautyepic.com/how-to-get-rid-of-bags-under-eyes/ I Hope this is helpful to you!

First you should find out where your dark circles come from. Mine are more on the purply-blue side and don't go away even after sleep, so my doc suggested that I am low on iron, zinc and magnesium. So getting rid of them means changing my diet.
Dark circles can also be a result of lack of sleep, too much strain on your eyes (like too much television/phone/computer), genetics, tons of things. Because you mention puffy eyes, you may don't sleep enough. Try to get at least 6 hours a night with at least 2 hours of deep sleep. 8 hours would be best. If you have a fitness tracker or a mobile phone they can give you an idea of the quality of your sleep. Also try to stay hydrated. Easier said than done, I know, but it really helps.
Cooling your eyes was mentioned here a lot, that can help, too. You can just wet a small cloth or cotton pad and then put them in the frigde or use cucumbers. There are also specially designed cooling pads and creams you can buy.
If you're eyes get tired because you work on a computer all day, try to take breaks for your eyes by turning them towards natural lighting. Maybe take a stroll around the building in your lunch break. You can also dip cotton pads in milk and then place them on your eyes for 2 minutes to help them relax a bit.
Anything else was already said, so Good luck ^^

I am an expert in this field. I have 45 years of experience in this fielf and i would like to recommend you to use
Refresh and Restore Eye Serum .
This lightweight cooling gel is easily used with other moisturizers or sun protection formulas. This is a blend of essential oils that decongests puffy eyes and dark circles. Clinical results have shown that 65%

Of subjects had a decrease in eye bag thickness after 28 days. Testing also indicated a 25% reduction of capillary permeability.

Dr Andrew Weil for Origins has this amazing under eye/dark circle cream. They come in small tubs and you just dab it under your eye morning and night. It's a little on the pricey side, but it does the job so I definitely think it's worth it :)

The skin around the eye begins to lose elasticity with aging, resulting in changes in the eyelids. The saggings in the upper eyelids and puffiness under your eye make you look older and tired. Sometimes these saggings may even obstruct your vision. Excessive skin around the eyelid and aging symptoms can be removed by eyelid surgery, providing a more serene and youthful look.
