I'll admit I wasn't a big fan of Sakura when she first started out in HKT48, especially since she was pushed so heavily while I didn't think she had any appeal to be the center of HKT48, much less of Group48. She had a good voice and looked cute but so did the 100+ other girls. But over the years she pleasantly surprised me with her talent, looks and humor and I think she's come a long way since then. I'm looking forward to seeing her develop as an entertainer.
