Approaching three years since the tragic 'Sewol Ferry' accident back in April 2014, numerous celebrities paid tribute to the victims by posting photos of a 'Miraculous Sewol Cloud'.  The cloud is in the same shape of the yellow ribbons that were used as a symbol of hope after the tragedy.

On March 23, the South Korean government finally raised the Sewol ferry from the ocean and a 'Miraculous Sewol Cloud' appeared in the sky shortly afterward.

Actor Ji Sung wrote on his SNS page "Sorry Sewol Ferry" along with a 'Sewol Cloud' photo remembering the devastating day.  Actress Son Tae Young also wrote, "Do the heavens know too? Looking back at Sewol Ferry. Words cannot express this sorrowful day.  Let us pray together."

Composer Kim Hyung Suk commented, "Sewol Ribbon Cloud- Recovering Sewol, a Sewol Cloud miraculously appeared in the sky." Singer Kim Kyung Rok wrote, "We hope that you would rest safely in your family's arms."

May all the souls who lost their lives rest in peace.

Nothing miraculous here. A pilot decided to paint the sky with Skywriting smoke. But the thought and skill behind it is still impressive and praiseworthy.

I remember watching videos of this when it happened. The ones that hit me hardest were the ones where the students were sending goodbye messages to their parents. At first, they thought everything would be ok but then they began to realize the sad truth. The Captain was a chicken-shit and saved his own ass, pretending to be a passenger, while others, especially a school teacher, gave up her life-jacket to someone else and went back in to save the others, only to lose her life in the process. She, and the others like her, are the real heroes. 'No greater love is there, then to sacrifice your life for another!'

No matter what the fact behind it is, I wish they are all have a nice place in Heaven. And dont forget also:

Solidarity of people living with HIV/AIDS

Solidarity of woman with breast cancer

And for all people struggle to fight with all cancer type. Also all ribbon symbols.

So, anything about those kids who were never recovered? I remember reading that ages ago, and it still haunts me thinking about those poor families who didn't even have a body to bury.
