According to an April 20 YTN report, five students in the third year of middle school were arrested for taking advantage of a 13-year-old girl by supplying her alcohol and raping her.

The boys had invited the girl out under the guise of taking her to a birthday party, fed her alcohol, and then raped her while she was intoxicated.

YTN reported that the girl's father was worried about being unable to reach her daughter, leading him to file a missing persons case at the police station.

Fortunately, the girl was found at a mini one room motel in Gyeonggi Province. Two of the five middle schoolers involved in the case were also found with the girl.

Upon discovering the scene, the police suspected that the boys had raped the girl, and after checking the boys' phone records, found that a total of five middle school students were involved in the abducting and raping of the girl.

The girl's father relayed, "My daughter was collapsed, and in the room, they found contraceptive devices. When they investigated the boys, I heard that they confessed."

Most of the students admitted to the charges, and the police have gathered additional evidence and testimony from the victim. A police rep stated, "We have arrested the five male students involved in the crime for charges of rape and booked one for special case of sexual violence."

They'll likely get a slap on the wrist.....  BUT... if one of the middle school boys were a foreigner, you can be sure he'd be tried as an adult and given the maximum sentence allowed.  For sure.

What the actual fuck?!

Too bad that probably won't get that much time if any. Also, there will likely be those new age thinker saying, "well they're just kids themselves, they didn't understand", "they need counseling not jail, have a heart" or "It's her fault". No they're not stupid. They knew what they're doing.

yep so true.. since its korea.. even if they get time itll be hella short.. but since their kids.. theyll try to make up all sorts of bs for them to be set free

This is fucked up, completely fucked up. Those boys don't even fucking know what they've done, the childhood they've destroyed, the amount of trauma they've caused, the fucking peace of mind, safety, dignity, self-security, self-love they've taken away from a fucking child. They don't even know.. for a few hours of sexual fun they've ruined an entire life, ruined entire lives because if you think this only has an impact on the victim then you're wrong. I pray that these kids learn the full weight of their crime(s) through the law system, and I can only pray and hope because I know how incompetent the Korean law system is. And another thing, if you're complaining that you have to read about this, that you even have to glimpse at the headline for this and other tragic news on allkpop, you can just shut up. Be happy and thankful that all you have to do is read about it, that it didn't happen to you. If it's a trigger, then I could understand your complaints and uncomfortableness, but if you just don't like to hear or read about it then you can stop. This website does not cater to your own personal needs and wishes so although you may not want to see it, other people think that it's important to see. Suck it up, it's reality and you can't escape it, even in your little dream worlds. I mean what really pisses me off is that whenever allkpop posts something good or neutral that's non-kpop related you guys are just eating it up, but when it comes to ugly stuff you just refuse to see it. If you love kpop so much then you should at least care enough to know what people of the Korean culture go through, what their plight is and how they struggle. I bet if your oppas and eonnies posted about it you'd eat it up.

I really hope their parents are not going to find excuses for this one. That's fucked up.

heyjude00 shannnnt Monday, April 25, 2016

Yeah. But knowing their judicial system, they're not going to be receiving a harsh sentence if any at all

zippys420 Thursday, April 21, 2016

These kids have some serious issues. This is premeditated. Prosecute them as adults.

a 13 year old girl?? this poor girl is going to be scarred for the rest of her life...they should release the names of the boys who did this and see how they suffer when their families and friends learn the truth about them.
