On July 29, MONSTAR�released the special MV for "Hey Girl" in celebration of their 2nd debut anniversary. The celebratory release has unfortunately become a controversial topic among fans due to its similarities to WINNER's MVs.�
Fans claim the MV for "Hey Girl" is a compilation of WINNER's MVs for "Everyday", "Love Me Love Me", and "Island".�
As you can see in the comparison screenshots below, multiple scenes took on the same angle and concept.�
Comments stated,�"This is obviously plagiarism. There's no authenticity in MONSTAR's MV", "Copy & Paste", "It's like the exact same", "This is ridiculous. They should be ashamed."
