Park Hae Jin's first fanmeeting

The rising actor Park Hae Jin has been getting more attention these days due to his appearances in SBS Family Outing. Now, a long time of debuting, he finally has had his first fanmeeting in Japan (Why are they always in Japan?). On October 16th, he held the fanmeeting at Nagano Sunplaza. There was a great turnout, with 1500 fans coming to see Park Hae Jin. He had no rest, as he had to film his weekend drama Hot Blood overnight, but with the fans warm welcome, he had a great smile throughout the whole meeting. He answered the questions written by fans one by one. Here are some of the questions he answered. Q. How do you feel about your first fanmeeting in Japan? A. I am not the person to do this, but I am very shaky at the moment. Q. With your new drama Hot Blood, do you think you will get the same amount of popularity as the dramas you've been casted in before? A. I haven't been in many dramas. I believe this is the start. The only dramas I've been in is Famous Seven Princess, By Land and Sky, and East of Eden. All these dramas were very popular. I hope Hot Blood will just be as popular as those dramas. Q. What drama was the most fun to film? A. East of Eden had very serious acting films and was the hardest among them. Famous Seven Princess was the most fun to film. Q. Your hairstyle changed, am I right? A. I had to cut my hair short for my character in Hot Blood. It was very uncomfortable to have such short hair, because of my big ears, but I am getting used to it. Q. You are very good at Japanese. When did you learn it? How often do you come to Japan? A. In high school, I learned it for a bit. I am currently not learning Japanese and I am just using what I learned in high school. For filming, I have come to Japan many times. I have seen the Tokyo Tower, and I love Japanese food. Q. How are Japanese fans different from Korean fans? What do you think of us Japanese fans? A. Japanese fans are cute and attractive and have a very high-toned voice and I like it. I don't care if someone is Japanese or Korean. If I loved someone that was from here, I would marry them. Q. Do you currently have a girlfriend? A. I want to date, but I do not have a girlfriend. I like a woman that is, well, womanlike. People say that they can't date because I am looking for someone to marry. I wish I had a girlfriend now. Q. If you were to have a wedding, where would you have it? A. I have currently been married in all the dramas that I've been in. In Famous Seven Princess, I married outside, on a cold day. In East of Eden, I married outside, on a warm day. In real life, I would like to have it somewhere quiet, and inside. Q. What do you do when you have days when you rest? A. I don't have any days for resting these days. I've had no sleep since 4 days ago because of the filming. If I had a day of rest, I would sleep. Its been 5 to 6 years since I moved to Seoul, but I still don't recognize Apkujong. I think it's because the places I go don't involve there. If you ever want to see me in Seoul, come to a hairshop near Kangnam Dosan Park, that starts with a W. He also gave all of his fans a surprise present. He brought scarves, wallets, and necklaces made by Korean designer Lee Gun Man, which made his fans very happy. Another fun thing he did for his audience was reacting a part of Famous Seven Princess, which had everyone laughing. Towards the end, he did a "handshake" session with everyone that came to see him. Thanks to newsen for the info.
