Singer Kan Mi Youn has released part 2 of her ‘Feeling Project’, “The Day The Light Disappeared“.

This single is the follow-up to her ‘Feeling Project’ #1, “Good Love” which featured Seo Jun, and was released back in June.

Different from her song “Good Love” which sings of the fresh feelings that can only be felt by people starting a new love relationship, “The Day The Light Disappeared” sings of separating with a person you loved, and separating from the relationship you once had with that person.

The song was written by composer Goo Ja Kyung X Ho Seung, who through the use of acoustic instruments created a sad melody to express the emptiness of the lyrics. Kan Mi Youn’s sad voice pairs well with the song that will well deliver the desperate emotions to the listeners this winter season.

With the release of her new song, Kan Mi Youn is ready to kick off her new promotions.

Singer Kan Mi Youn recently revealed that she’s quite pleased about gaining some weight.

The star released her new mini-album, “Obsession“, on September 29th, and held her comeback performances on music shows last week. During an interview about her comeback, she was asked whether there were any changes in her figure.

In the past, Kan Mi Youn had talked about the stress she received from being too thin. She said, “Whenever someone greeted me, the first thing they commented on was my skinny body. It really stressed me out that people judged me on my body. It was not something I could fix right away.”

She continued, “People said if I ate right before I went to bed, I would gain weight, so I tried that for a while. But all I gained from doing that were health problems.”

Eventually, Kan Mi You gained 5 kg for her comeback and seems very satisfied with her healthy body mass. She stated, “I gained some weight in my stomach. I’m definitely happier than last year when I was promoting “Going Crazy“. If you see my live performances, you will be able to tell from my legs.”

Kan Mi Yeon’s new song, “Won’t Meet You” is a very powerful and charismatic song, so she wanted to prepare a stronger image to fit with it.
