Valentine’s Day maybe over but that doesn’t mean you have to give up eye candy. The February 15th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Section TV‘ featured a Top 10 ranking for the best ‘chocolate ab stars’.

The ranking featured a variety of stars, from idols to actors. Actor Song Seung Hun in particular received a lot of attention as he was crowned the undisputed king of shower scenes.

B2ST‘s Dongwoon has revealed his beast-like physique through a new selca!

The idol recently uploaded the above picture onto his personal Twitter and wrote, “My body is the same as it was before~ I’ll leave a message later, it’s too crazy right now.”

Dongwoon immediately grabbed fans’ attention with his chiselled abs. While other maknaes show off their charms with cute aegyo, it looks like Dongwoon decided to buck the trend.

Amazed by his selca, fans gushed, “So cool~ You’re making me blush” and “One word: daebak.”

X-5‘s Zin sneakily revealed a picture of leader Gun and his chocolate abs!

On January 8th, Zin wrote on the group’s official me2day, “Look at Gun hyung’s body, just look kekekeke His abs are no joke! kekekeke.”

Although it’s seemingly a picture of himself getting his make up done, the backdrop is of Gun changing his shirt, showing his chocolate abs in the process.

‘Beast Idols’ Nichkhun and Taecyeon recently flaunted their chiseled bodies, causing fangirls to melt over the sight.

On September 5th, 2PM finally revealed behind-the-scenes footage from Nichkhun and Taecyeon’s ‘Coca Cola Zero‘ CF on their official Youtube page.

The footage contains a non-stop reel of visual treats, as Nichkhun and Taecyeon emphasized their tight abs through an intense kickboxing session during filming. The boys also didn’t forget to add their cute aegyo throughout the clip as they playfully nudged the camera with their antics.

Netizens commented, “Where is my jaw?“, “Thank you for the video, my eyes are in heaven“, and “No words can describe this“.

2PM‘s Nichkhun revealed his masculine six-pack!

On February 19th, Nichkhun posted a picture from his magazine photoshoot onto his Twitter with message, “Check out next month’s issue of Men’s Health!!! I worked really hard for it so enjoy~ =b”

The photo shows off his surprisingly masculine physique, which looks even more charming because his sexy six-packs contrast with his adorable face.

The picture is exciting many fangirls who are exclaiming, “OMG, this is HOT!“, “Perfect face, Perfect body, Perfect Nichkhun“, and “I want to do laundry on his muscles.”

This week’s Music Core had a bit of male bondage going on between YG Family members, Taeyang and Se7en.

During a rehearsal of Taeyang’s single “I’ll Be There,” Se7en disguised himself as a back dancer, grabbed Taeyang’s leg during the performance and lifted up his shirt, presenting fans with only a view of his muscular back, but giving Se7en a nice shot of Taeyang’s buff body.

Just another example of how K-pop idols give their fans the best fanservice.  Both artists are currently promoting and during Se7en’s live performance of “Digital Bounce,” he gave a quick shout out to Taeyang at the beginning of his song.

Actor Bae Soo Bin revealed his hot & sexy side for the pictorial in the March issue of Dazed and Confused magazine.

The shoot took place at the Westin Langkawi Resort in Malaysia, and the nice-guy from Bae Soo Bin’s roles in various dramas was nowhere to be found. Bae Soo Bin showcased his hot new body in a pictorial featuring underwear by Calvin Klein Underwear’s new program called Calvin Klein X. Because certain females have been showing that they’ve got abs as well. More specifically, certain female idols have been flaunting their more-than-fit bodies. Due to their intense choreography practices, some female idols have been sporting abs that can more than compare with the guys.

For example:

1) 4minute’s Hyuna

Due to her hard abs, Hyuna is usually seen in outfits that flaunt her waist. A representative of Cube Entertainment stated, “Hyuna has been in training longer than the other girls because she has also practiced as a Wonder Girl. She was able to get her pretty waistline because of all the intense practices she has had.”

2) Kara’s Nicole

Nicole has made a huge transformation into a hottie to perform some booty-shaking for the fans. It was reported that she lost about 10 pounds for Mister, and her weight loss really helped to define her hips even more.

A representative of DSP Entertainment stated, “Nicole had a pretty body line even when she was a little chubby. Nicole was able to get her healthy body from exercising and watching what she ate. Because of her efforts, she was able to get a warm response from fans who saw her on camera.”

3) 2NE1′s CL

CL does not only spit out fierce rhymes, but she has a fierce body as well, and she proved that to fans the minute she stepped on stage to perform Fire.

H Fitness Center’s trainer Yoon Sang Yun commented, “The three members have abs that were formed through vigorous dance practices. Females do not get chocolate abs or six packs like males, but they do get a V-line. This V-line gives a sexy effect for females.”

On KBS2TV’s 1N2D, the whole crew had traveled to the country side of Kang Won Do for the fall segment. Kang Ho Dong, Kim C, Lee Soo Geun, Eun Ji Won, MC Mong, and Lee Seung Gi were walking alongside a river and decided to play a game to decide who would be tossed into the icy cold river while taking a midair picture.

Not surprisingly, our favorite hilarious MC Mong was the first person to take a dive into this icy cold river while taking a picture in midair. However, the picture did not come out right, so poor MC Mong had to take a dive into the frigid river two times more.

Although MC Mong was quite hilarious, Kim C stole the show as the second loser.

Kim C took off his shirt and surprised the whole crew because of his abs. The other members started calling Kim C “Kim So Ryong” (Lee So Ryong is the Korean name for Bruce Lee) because of the similarities of the skinny and ripped upper body.

After the dive, all of the members carried Kim C like he was about to be tossed in and took a funny picture titled, “I love you hyung!”
