Anyway, Kim Hee Young (stage name: Sunday Brunch) who debuted on the 4th-5th via KBS 2TV Music Bank and MBC Show! Music Core respectively, has gained an insane amount of popularity after netizens found out that this Yonsei University student abandoned her dreams of becoming a diplomat to pursue a career in music.
After listening to her debut song 200km/h for the first time, I thought Sunday Brunch was headed towards a high speed collision course with failure. But it seems her diplomatic talents has allowed her to get on the good side of netizens. I'm actually pretty skilled at being diplomatic myself, for instance, although Sunday Brunch doesn't sound too good, it sure looks very appetizing.

Sunday Brunch sounds AWFUL, i can never get used to that name, was she hungry at the time or something!! also she looks awkward in her performance but her voice isn’t too bad and props to her for being clever.

i remember this performance man, the TV was on and she was singing and I thought someone was dying, shitt.. she look pretty in the picture but DAMN. wtf happen? her voice sound like fish been out of water for 7 days and got stepped on.

that’s the thing i love about some of the AKP commenters…they give these stars reality checks hahaha i don’t like her voice and i think she should have pursued that diplomatic career instead.

You know…Koreans need to be more honest with one another in their friendships. If my friend told me they were going to become a singer and they sounded like her, I would be straight up with them and say “Don’t EVEN try it!“ Somebody…a friend…a family member…somebody should have told her that her singing stinks!! But instead they let her get on national TV and embarrass herself. Too bad so sad.

she sounds like crap. srsly i was like it’s like an old lady trying to sing karaoke. the doesn’t look too bad, in the first pic, but the way she performed. dang. she needs singing lessons. she’s practically struggling and veining to belt out those notes =_=.
