i’m pretty sure there are Song Hye Kyo look-a-likes in korea too (i personally think nam gyu-ri looks like a younger shk many times). i mean, if i was a korean woman going to get plastic surgery, i would hand the surgeon a picture of song hye kyo.

I get the exaggeration and the creepiness of it, but… as if Koreans aren’t known to do some copying themselves and do a little plastic surgery to look like someone else.  And this chick isn’t a HK actress, she’s definitely from the mainland.  Check your sources.
