Brown Eyed Girls member Ga-In recently interviewed singer James Blunt on Mnet 'Pop Magazine'.

During the interview, Ga-In presented James Blunt with a gift (a traditional Korean mask). James thanked her for both the gift and for being so friendly throughout the entire interview. James then told her that he'd give her a kiss for her friendliness. Ga-In, as well as the producers and staff, were all extremely surprised.

The interview finished with James Blunt saying, "After only seeing Korea through the '88 Olympics, it was nice having Koreans welcome me with smiling faces when I arrived."

It's pretty obvious James has only seen Korea via the '88 Olympics, as he's got no clue about Korean culture. His bluntness was most likely a little too much for Ga-In to swallow, no pun intended.

EEEK~ James Blunt gives me the creeps.. his voice is really.. hum… high pitched? In a bad way .__. I mean, ChangMin is high pitched and it doesn’t disturb me, but James Blunt? I run every time I hear him on the radio u__u
Anyway, I don’t like either of them.. they can go make ugly babies, I don’t mind.. (my eyes do, though… there’s enough ugly people in the world)

^James Blunt is British actually.

Its common and polite thing to shake hands and a quick air kiss, but to say “I’m going to kiss you” is pretty blunt. I’m sure he didn’t mean to be rude, but it was still a little overly friendly.
