Tae Yang, Dae Sung, Seung Ri, G-Dragon and TOP of Big Bang have started promotions for their Japanese Broken English album.

Big Bang has gotten off to a good start, a major Japanese newspaper "Daily Sports," introduced the group as one of Korea's most popular bands and compared them to the ranks of Shinhwa and DBSK (Tohoshinki). Fortunately, Daily Sports forgot to mention that Big Bang's album "FOR THE WORLD," is arguably one of the greatest musical disasters of the decade.

Regardless, the future is looking bright for Big Bang, as they will be holding a concert on March 28-29 in Tokyo at the JCB Hall.

If people listen to Johnny’s Ent groups, they’ll listen to For the World.

@ultramania FOR SERIOUS. I can’t stand JE boys. Ugly boys who sound like girls… It’s all about Visual Kei and Jrock in Japan smile
The Korean boys that go to Japan are so different, and i love it.

Nah~ the mini album is OK.

If you don’t read the lyrics the songs sound great.
Especially since they pronounce their words better than most artists.

Hahaha, I’ve heard worst from many other Kpop and Jpop artists.
But these guys know how to use them words (to some extent).

^so because they can somewhat use the english language makes it ok to make an entire album in english? i don’t think so, that was a terrible move and they were stupid to do that. in addition they are the worst lyrics i have ever heard, makes me cringe.

wth.. how is big bang’s for the world album a disaster?!
ugh, just lay off and stop insulting them so much!
there’s absolutely nothing wrong with their album. for korean singers, they’re english is extremely good. dude i bet you that gdragon can speak better english than my parents. i’m so tired of people insulting big bang for being posers and whatnot. big bang is one of the few people that try extremely hard for their fans and they always end up making us way more than satisfied. the songs in their new album was really good and there’s no reason for any insults!!!!!! geez, you big bang haters seriously need to lighten up and give them a break.

LOL (@johnnydorama) you didn’t get my point.
Their pronunciations is a lot better than most artist is what I meant.

That’s their advantage, they just need to polish their grammar.
Cos its awful when singers cant pronounce words right.
The lyrics aren’t far from perfect, but they sound good.

I’m not a fan, but these guys are okay.

big bang is awesome. gdragon makes extremely good lyrics. even if i can’t understand it all in korean, it goes well w/ the beat. they have had sooo many good songs, and ok, so i’m not a super fan of their english songs, but they tried. they are definitely one of the best groups!! i hope they make it big and have concerts in the states someday!

LOL @ hin. “they finally made it big in Japan.”
They’re still noobs in the Japanese market.

Anyway. “For the World” wasn’t that great. Pretty disappointing if you ask me.

I found it great. We all know that Korean people use random English words in their lyrics and stick them in even though they don’t make sense whatsoever. You criticize Big Bang so much for something every Korean singers do.
@0zzie: No, it WAS great. I found your comments pretty disappointing. smile
