I want you to stop. Look around you...wherever you are at just take a look.  Look at the computer screen and slowly progress to the thing your computer is placed upon and keep going.  Notice everything around you.  Notice the space you take up in this place.  Ask yourself, “how will what I am doing right now affect the rest of my life.” Right now, you are on the internet.  Will you learn something new today and apply it?  Will you let all of your stress pour into the computer?  Will you simply allow time to waste away?  Do not only do this now but all the time.  When eating at a restaurant, when walking to class, when traveling to work all these day to day things - just think about it.

Life suddenly becomes way more precious.
