At the age of thirteen, after two years of training, BoA released her debut album ID; Peace B on August 25, 2000. The album received positive reviews and climbed into the top ten chart, going on to sell 218,114 copies. Meanwhile, her Korean record label SM Entertainment made arrangements with Japanese company Avex Trax to launch her music career in Japan. This is her music video for "Key of Heart".

Which guy from SuJu is there again?
This song was also used for the OLYMPUS commercials
this is the first tragic video with a catchy song i’ve heard… LOL how did the necklace from his neck get to his hands while he crashed?
I never really liked this song, so this is probably my 3rd time watching this MV… can’t believe I missed this much. I’ve seen the CMs more than the MV.

I love BoA too… but I tend to not watch MVs if the song isn’t catchy. But after a while, I warmed up to this song… I’ve noticed so much!

i actually like the video, however i’m not a huge fan of her voice. it seems like she’s forcing her singing or something with too much vibrato… or maybe that’s just the quality of her voice. but since the video is two years old, maybe she has progressed in singing?
aww and it’s donghae. do you not recognize him? he seems to be in many of the SM music videos. like SNSD’s video… kissing you.
yah and who is that guy in the white suit, her second boyfriend… he looks familiar?

^There’s a never ending battle about her voice and the vibrato. Because live, she sounds a lot better. Take for instance, her new singe “be with you.“ which is very… bleh in the recorded version. But watch her first few live performances, and I prefer her live in it. this has happened in many cases, I don’t know why.
I don’t know, I’m not so familuar with SuJu (yet?) so he didn’t look TOO familiar with me. I only recognize Lee Teuk, KangIn, SungMin, ShinDong, and sometimes Heechul off the bat. But the rest takes a while.

i guess he’s in alot of MVs cuz of his good looks, i guess, even though i would think KiBum would win that battle anyday hahahaha
and BoA’s songs do sound alot better live for some odd reason
its supposed to be the other way around with that but i guess cuz shes BoA thats the way it is hahahaha <33
