If JYP sampled “Tell Me,“ then what makes people think “So Hot” wasn’t sampled as well? He should’ve just said it was sampled (like “Tell Me”) instead of making a big mess and saying the beat was completely his own…

i don’t quite understand how it’s copying cus i play 2 instruments, the violin and the piano, when a note is flat/sharp, it means it’s a different note. the songs were similar but not similar enough to make me go oh this sounds like ...

At first it sound like it’s copy, but if you look at how they sing “So Hot” and how “Sweet Dreams” is sing then you listen to the rhythm it’s different.  If you listen to “Tell Me” then listen to “Two of Hearts” they way they sing it, it’s similar or shall i say the only thing different from “Tell Me” and “Two of Hearts” is the lyrics.  While “So Hot” and “Sweet Dreams” , they might sound alike because it sound like 80’s style but everything else. Nothing.  *shrugs*

I did listen to the two songs (duh) The rhytm is different but something else about it makes them similar. I don’t think it’s copying though. Maybe just slight sampling? Probably a coincidence or w/e.
