Personally, I think it looks like a prison.

But if the scenic view makes up for it and the interior of the house is gorgeous, I wouldn’t mind as much.

i applaud the thinking out of the box nature of creating wut looks to be a green roof on the uninhabitable second floor space. the exterior spaces seem to be the key elements of the design although the third floor definitely gives an amazing feel of massivity on one side and an open natural vantage which im guessing it pointing towards the view. i will say this… his parents must be love being party hosts b/c that house can hold KILLER parties for the rich and famous.

since I’m majoring in architecture myself, I gotta admit that the house is SO deserve the award. Great design. Although it doesn’t seems like a parents house, you know. That kind of house is great for partying.. young hot people stuff.
