De La Methode wrote that VIPs spoke of BB disbanding. He actually said they wouldn’t disband: But VIP’s should fear not, they won’t disband any time soon with all the money they’re generating. Sorry if you were trying to defend BB but please have your arguments make sense in the future =|

@WTF: Since when does having a solo album and making digital singles make you an attention whore? He lifts his shirt off because that’s part of the signature choreography and have you ever heard of “fan service?” As for DS & GD, MAYBE they just wanted to make a song and it didn’t fit into their album so they decided to release it now. He didn’t steal TY’s song. TY is still popular with Naman Barabwa and GD’s version has a completely different style of singing/rapping than TY’s. As for what YOU think of G-Dragon’s version of “Look Only At Me,” to each their own opinion.

if you read allkpop, don’t get so effing worked up by the sarcasm in my comment, allkpop is full of it.  However, there is always some sort of truth in any sarcasm.  Big Bang is always turning out mediocre stuff to satisfy their fans and get as much money as possible.  I.E.: Mini albums. What’s the deal with that?  Can’t they condense it all into one?

^ Sometimes full-length albums can be overwhelming. Especially if you haven’t released anything in a while. That’s probably why they released two mini albums and now they’re working on a full one. Makes sense to me anyway…

I don’t see how I showed I got “so effing worked up” by your sarcastic comment. I’m pretty sure I’m more calm than most of the commenters here. And you must not be very good at portraying sarcasm because the only sarcasm I read was “Don’t worry VIPs…Big Bang is making too much money to disband. YG is just milking them for all they’re worth,” which I didn’t even bother to take much note of. As ~Loco_Roco~ said, sometimes full-length albums can be overwhelming. So far their mini-albums were awesome; Always and Hot Issue have failed to disappoint so I don’t see the problem. Giving mini-albums with less songs could be better because it gives BB more time to perfect the songs rather than releasing a rushed album. Also, instead of condensing it into one and having fans wait forever until a new album, they can satisfy their fans’ needs with great material in doses.

And to anyone thinking other BB members aren’t doing anything:
GD is releasing a solo album in August (yeah I know, how ironic that I’m posting ANOTHER solo here); SR is starring in the movie 우리집에 왜왔니 (Why did you come to our house?) which has already started filming last month, to be broadcasted in November; TY is dealing with his solo activities such as his upcoming concert; DS is starring in the musical, “Cats”; TOP is starring in the drama “Iris” and will have another role, title tba.

I feel like Big Bang members actually want to do solo works, and they don’t think much as being in a group for long.  Being a part of a boyband give you an instant recognition and fandom, a good start to do your own solo.  I don’t mean it’s a bad thing to do so.  It’s a career path.  Later, they don’t even have to break up to do lots of their solo activities. This way, they can keep some loyal fans to buy all their goods. Most of them know that if they announce the break-up, sooner or later the fans will go to some other new boybands.

Well, they’re following Shinhwa’s footsteps (solo + group activities), and look how long Shinhwa have been together and how tight they are and with their ShinhwaChangjo fans.

Most VIPs aren’t worried about them disbanding, more like they’re worried they’ll be exhausted from all their activities. Only a FEW MINORITY korean VIPs are overreacting.

THE TRUTH WAS… when Teddy & Kush originally composed the song, they thought the best BB member that would match the ‘bad boy’ lyrics would be GD. & he did, in fact, record this song about the same time as YB.

BUT… since YB was working on his solo album at the time, & really liked the song after hearing it, arrangements were made to have the song be released with YB’s mini-album.

“you may think that the attention will shift towards GD instead of YB, but having this release would actually boost attention towards the original version. both parties gain attention, regardless, & GD gets the PM.”

1) YB’s Concert date is confirmed to be on July 20th at the Melon AX Hall, 5PM-8PM.
2) As Big Bang ends their promotions next spring, GD will hopefully release his solo album soon after.
3) Daesung is to appear in the musical, “CATS” in September.
4) T.O.P is appearing in the drama titled, ‘IRIS’ in a supporting role.
5) Seung Ri got casted in a supporting role in the movie titled, “WHY DID YOU COME TO MY HOUSE” with kang hye jung, a new YG Family actress.

I agree with keriann on pretty much everything haha. All the bashing USED to annoy me when i first joined but now i’m pretty used to it.
