Singer Ivy is having a rough time because of blackmail threats from a man named Yu.

Yu (31) was arrested last week, and is blackmailing Kpop Star Ivy by saying he would reveal a video clip showing himself with the Kpop Star. Presumably, a sex video tape between the two (guy's stop searching rigorously for the video as it hasn't been released yet, let's just hope it will - j/k).

Ivy's publicist Fantom Entertainment said: "It is possible that such video clips exist since Ivy slept over Yu's place quite often, but none were shot with her consent." Yu and Ivy were in a romantic relationships for the past two years.

This is terrible news for Ivy, as she was this year's no. 1 artist in terms of ranking on the album charts. She was up for numerous awards, including best female artist at the KM Music Awards. Current Fan Balloting shows that she is in the lead over Lee Hyo-lee, but this recent scandal may cause her to drop and skip the awards. This incident will most likely have a big effect on her current image & success. Companies that use Ivy as a spokesperson or commercial model are becoming nervous with the developing news. Reebok for one, is worrying about this scandal and the negative consequences which may occur with it's association with Ivy as a model. We'll see how this plays out, and how the public reacts, as she consistently portrayed herself as a bright and innocent woman.

However, like we all know too well in the celebrity world that isn't really the case. The lesson learned here is not to have sex with shady guys. Sure you might have some fun the first few nights, but it may come and hit you in the ass (no pun intended).
