I like their purple line single better but it hasn’t stopped me from pre-ordering their beautiful you single off of HMV Japan.  I guess this is geared more towards their older audience, hopefully the obbasans can push them to Oricon weekly #1 again.

Beautiful You is miles better than all of their previous TRICK singles combined. As much as I love TVXQ, those releases did nothing for me. Anyhow, I love this song. (already pre-ordered a copy!) Hopefully they can grab the #1 weekly again, so they could go back to Korea with smiles on their faces.

Why do they release so many singles in Japan?  I can’t remeber the last time i saw an american single for sale.

@ Nozomi: The japanese audience tends to forgets groups, especially foreign groups, after a certain period of time. Therefore, Avex’s strategy is to continually release singles so that DBSG gets recognized and not forgotten.

The song is okay, but I definitely loved their vocals. Junsu’s singing at the end during one of their T concerts got me to buy the single. The music video is rather smart and very clever, despite my first impression that it wasn’t that appealing.

I may seem overrating them…but in groups…their vocals and harmonization is the best there is…ahehe…

the releasing of singles before albums that HPDANM is talking about is geared more toward new coming groups. New coming groups release singles before their debut album in order to get the word out and make them more known to the public before their official debut. But i guess it can also be a strategy for major comebacks for other artists as well.

I think this is one of the songs that is meant to be performed live. I wasn’t really into it when the MV came out, but I really like it now after hearing them perform it live. Their recent performance on Heyx3 was great, short but great.

call me cheesy but my two most favorite songs of theirs is “One” and “Insa” (from A Millionaire’s First Love)

My favorite of DBSG would have to be the a cappella versions of Whatever They Say, Always, and Hug. Practically all of their a cappella songs are on the top of my list. Love in the Ice still remains one of my very favorite. I like the songs that showcase their singing abilities.

LOL saw the MV i thot it was boring, but the track itself is nice. the ending where junsu performed was painful to watch when he belted the notes with veins on his throat, but it was good. =D sadly i don’t rly buy singles.. just albums, dvds, photobooks, and random jewelries XDDD.

I looove their voices, but some of their songs are ehh. LSM needs to get better songwriters for these guys cos it’s such a waste of talent.

theyre doing these… coz theyre going back to KOREA…and say bye bye to JAPAN….these summer….SAYONARA JAPAN…pretty soon…if i think about it theyre famous enough… who gets to perform an ARENA TOUR in Japan… even Boa didn’t have that chance or…some Japanese artist

^ BoA has had a few arena tours. her 2008 ‘the face’ arena tour kicks off this may.

BoA’s arena tours’re bigger than DBSG’s. DBSG’s live tour don’t take place in arena, but venue (or something… if i’m not wrong) and a arena’s way larger than venue.

Be. TVXQ’s 2008 Live Concert takes place in ARENAS. It covers 9 major cities from March 19 to May 6. They have a total of 17 performances with an estimated audience of at least 150,000. The Arenas covered are: Yokohama Arena, Hiroshima Green Arena, etc. and will culminate at the Saitama Super Arena that has a maximum capacity of 37,000. Tickets to Saitama Super Arena were sold out due to pre-booking 1 second after on-line selling started. Producers had to add two additional Saitama Super Arena concert dates and tickets to both dates sold out just minutes after it was made available. I should know because my best friend tried to scamper for them to no avail and had to pay vigil to auction sites to finally secure one.

^Thank you. i didn’t know. i’ve heard about one-second soldout news but i didn’t know it was an arena *bad fan* *embarrassed*. being able to perform in arenas means they’ve gone a long way in Japan.

I’m happy too that they aren’t considered an idol group in Japan.  Their music and their voices are far too superior for them to be known only as an idol group. 

And I read on Airang webpage that all tickets to their T 3rd Live Tour sold out.  No wonder Avex expanded their tour to have 17 instead of only 11 arenas.  I was lucky enough to get their tickets to the second night in Yokohama but i regret believing that I can get tickets to their other concerts while I was in Japan because shamefully I believed that it wouldn’t be sold out and it would have been way cheaper to buy them in Japan. Blah, I envy people going to their later concerts especially when they perform at Saitama super arena cause they always add new stuff and do new things that was so not there when I went.

i watched the news in CNN.if its the same news i watched Suju was mentioned more but it was DBSG clips that were showing, TVXQ was only mentioned once to be exact

@Taejus…yep…Japan doesn’t consider DBSK as an idol group…unlike the JE boys…host will introduce them like the “top idol groups” but they will introduce DBSK as a “foreign chorus group which caught the nation by their voices” or something like those…
