TVXQ Rocked the Tokyo Dome!

TVXQ Tokyo Dome

The wait is over and TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki finally had their performances at the Tokyo Dome the past two nights on July 4th and 5th. To stage at a 55,000 seat venue located in Japan, where all the top notch artists perform is not easy to accomplish. And in four years of time with their last stop of their national tour, they have achieved their dreams of performing at the dome!

TVXQ performed a series of 32 songs and there were many surprises for the fans - Jaejoong and Yoochun performed a first ever duet for 'Colors~Melody and Harmony'; Yunho flew through the air; And unfortunately for the hardcore fans, female dancers were used and had a lot of body contact with the boys, wilding the crowd up! They also performed a couple of their solos that were previously shown at their Asia tour.

TVXQ felt as if it was so surreal to perform at such a venue where they repeatedly said that it was amazingly huge. Junsu said with tears in his eyes, "It feels like we've achieved our dream. I feel so blessed." Four years is not a short period of time, but it is not a long period of time either. It is definitely something to be proud of.

And for those who missed out on the Tokyo Dome live performance, it was recorded and is expected to be released on September 30, 2009. It is titled, "4th Live Tour 2009 -The Secret Code- Final in Tokyo Dome." So don't fret, it'll be out on DVD very soon!

@ 69 “I’ll feel so ashamed if my non-kpop fans friends caught me listening mirotic.——and wth, 2pm just debuted 10 MONTHS ago! Is dbsk standard so low being compared with nubie?”
ughhh but whats wrong with Mirotic? if you like it who cares about what other people think. 2pm and DBSK are two very different groups with different styles, no need to compare.

The blue lightsticks are for the Blue Sea Project that their Japanese FC, Bigeast, prepared for them while they were singing Stand by U. They had the white lightsticks for one of the ballad songs for their concert last year too, but I don’t remember which song.

I’m so proud of the boys. The stage set looked awesome, the crowd looked amazingly huge, and 32 songs?! Holy smokes. That must be tiring out their bodies and vocal chords. But I’m so glad they feel like they’ve accomplished their dream because you can definitely tell that this group worked hard & NEVER gave up.

dbsk fans should stop provoking other artists’ fans and other artist fans should stop hating and just move on to the left.

haters are LOL i mean, why take KPop so seriously ? O_o

@ #69 => i’ll feel hella ashamed when i caught listening to big bang, 2PM, and SNSD LOL

boblicy's avatar

this would probably the only dbsk dvd i’d ever buy, but that’s just because this concert was so freakin epic. really happy that they’ve achieved all their long-term goals they had set ever since entering japan.

..
@118: LOL, by the time 2PM gets enough popularity to “dethrone” dbsk (although I think BB would take that honor) it wouldn’t even matter anymore. It IS an insult right now to compare any group to dbsks’ :(
