TVXQ KPOP Korean Music

Ok, so they aren't technically banned from Korea, but I caught your attention right?

TVXQ's "MIROTIC," has been flagged as inappropriate for minors due to its erotic/explicit lyrics. And since TVXQ's fans are mainly minors, SM Entertainment is currently under negotiations to determine a resolution.

For the time being, all instances of MIROTIC will need to be flagged with an inappropriate for minors sign, otherwise they will be fined.

Other artists' songs who have been flagged for inappropriate lyrics are Rain's "Rainism," Solbi's "Do it Do it," and Dynamic Duo's "Trust Me."

Seriously now, we all know they didn’t ban Mirotic because it’s inappropriate.  The people on the board is abusing their chopping power for *ahem* vengeance.  It’s either that or they have been watching too much pron which gives them lots of ideas.  It may be both even.

meeky's avatar

the song’s not
the least bit
inappropriate!!!
love spell, ham you!!!!

@ shattered_regrets…
LOL!!! that’s like, interpreting the lyrics to the extreme…and REALLY thinking about it.

red ocean= sea of love <3

...LOL!
It took em this long!
It’s not that bad.
It doesn’t even get to close to anything R-rated till towards the end.
And even that’s not bad.
This is HILARIOUS!

quiltedquickerpickerupper's avatar

The point that these banning Nazis want to prove is that just because some song writers mixed in some English words to the Korean lyrics doesn’t negate any of the suggested theme it was portraying.
As someone already said, the song, “Mirotic”, was orginally titled “Erotic”... so it’s quite obvious that they were guilty of portraying what they are being accused off.

So you bitches trying to cock-block these banning Nazis better get your shit together because most of you don’t even live in Korea so stop forcing your so called “values” when you don’t even realize the ignorance that you have towards the Korean culture.

If there wasn’t a pseudo-suggested theme in the first place, these banning Nazi bitches wouldn’t have ammunition to use against DBSK in the first place.

wow way to ban it after it has spread like crazy already…

this is weird…political madness. Yes, ban the song after it’s been promoted when the artist is promoting another song… with DBSK’s idol power and record album sale, there’s no point. the kids will still be exposed to it and the song has been out for how many months?...they might as well flag every other song out there since everthing sounds dirty…

no avatar

Oh gosh! They are not banned. but their music is. HAHAHA

i think some christian bitches overanalysed it and harassed the korean government

Wow, Korea’s really strict. There’s a lot of old songs here in America, like old soft-rock/pop songs, that straight out say stuff like “make love” and other stuff… but they don’t get banned from MTV or anything.
