Tony An Suffered from Depression for Many Years

The recently enlisted former H.O.T. member Tony An is rumored to have been depressed over the past four years. According to the friend of the artist, he first showed symptoms of depression four years ago, but few people noticed it since it was not serious at the time.
About two years ago, his depression worsened to the degree that required him to take medications everyday. The source also said that depression is the reason Tony was not active in the music scene over the past couple of years.
Tony had to put off enlisting in the past because of the illness, but did not want to inflame any more controversies. He enlisted on Nov. 4th despite concerns expressed by families and friends who know about his condition. He enlisted quietly in fear of the media and the general public discovering his secret ailment... well the secret is out now.
Poor Tony, I hope you feel better and make it through these two years. After the series of suicides, this is just another sign of the brutality of the Korean entertainment industry. Let's wish the best for our own favorite studs and divas.

Gawd I hate the pathetic idiots who type in “first”. Seriously what’s the point.
If I’m not mistaken 4 years ago was approximately when JTL broke up and everyone went solo. Maybe he missed the boys and the comeraderie. I know Woohyuk was also depressed for a while and Jaewon has openly admitted to feeling depressed on his Cyworld. The entertainment industry chews you up and spits you out man. Hopefully they all can get through it.

I only saw this news here, so I don´t quite think this is true, since THIS website IS filled with false rumors, but Tony DID look depressed in some private photos (in some Xman backstage pictures)
So I don´t know if I should believe this or not. I saw a recent picture (I believe in a fanmeeting) and he cried, but I don´t know the reason >_< Because of the members?
Well if this is really true (which I don´t believe, since this website is the only one with this “article”) then I feel really sorry for him. He doesn´t even have a good immune system >< Tony fighting, We fans will wait for your return^^
