T-ara Collaborates With Davichi and SeeYa
Girl group, T-ara's member Ji Yeon is currently active as a model together with Shinee after winning the SMART uniform model contest in 2008. Her company speaks of her as an all-around entertainer that can model, sing, dance, and act as well. She is also known for looking like Kim Tae Hee, but I don't think she exactly deserves the nickname as 'the 2nd Kim Tae Hee' because anyone with eyes knows that the original is better. But I am rather liking her proportions at 167cm and 45kg, yum 
T-ara is a new 5-member girl group from MNET Media that has been getting ready for their debut for the past three years. The members will include actresses and other talents of various genres. Even before debuting, their potential were recognized by the legendary Shin Seung Hoon, Ok Ju Hyun, and other respected singers. They also participated in the Cinderella Man OST Good Person (ver.1). I wonder what ever happened to girl groups actually being able to...sing. Girl groups should concentrate on being able to sing, dance, and look hot before they worry about being able to act.
The digital single Woman's Generation/Forever Love is a collaboration between T-ara's Ji Yeon, SeeYa, and Davichi and will be released online on the 29th of April. The single has been gaining a lot of interest because it contain groups that are known for their talented singing skills instead of appealing to pedophiles. The teaser has been gaining a lot of interest because of SeeYa and Davichi's powerful voices which has produced an amazing melody. I think it's safe to actually expect some talent in this song because SeeYa and Davichi have gained popularity from being able to actually sing and they'll probably be able to save it even if the rookie is sub par.
But of course, we'll have to wait and see what happens when the single is released. Because who knows, I might be pleasantly surprised by it.
So it looks like Nam Gyuri is getting pawned by Core Contents Media afterall. Shrewd marketing strategy with everything already planned beforehand. MNET Media is not ruling out the possibility that Ji Yeon might become part of SeeYa as Gyuri's replacement or debuting as part of T-ara or maybe even both. The matter is still being ironed out.
