If the predictions regarding the video are true: Although Yoona’s actions may be a little overboard to check if Tiffany was wearing safety shorts in the sense that it may make Tiffany embarrassed, she may have done it for Tiffany’s “safety” just in case anything happens during their performance. So, I think that it is a little acceptable but she shouldn’t have done it in front of so many fans… Another alternative is that she should have asked instead of looking….... But then again, SNSD may have a very close relationship so much so that they wouldn’t get angry with each other over such matters…...

They’ve talked about this incident several times and Yoona said herself that she was just checking to see if Tiff remembered to pin her safety shorts because she’d just come from another broadcast and after looking she gave a :o only because in her hurry to make it to the performance, Tiff forgot to pin them together.
