@79. hyerimii: wow. if you think that you should always be serious once you turn 20, then I would hate to be your friend. being in your twenties doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. it doesn’t mean you have to keep your composure every second of the day. people who think that the girls must always put an “adult” image must not be in their twenties because most people that age act just the same way as when they were 18. it’s normal.

I like Gee and other songs but wasn’t particularly impressed with the cover for “Because of You.”.. There were a lot of lisping and mistakes on the lyrics…Maybe they need more practice.

seohyun surprises me every time she is given a difficult song to sing. i had no idea she had that in her.

Jessica and Tiffany’s cover of Genie in a Bottle didn’t do the original justice. Tiffany’s too breathy - it annoys the heck out of me. And Jessica’s voice is usually a pitch higher than what she sang.
I am impressed with Taeyeon and Seohyun, though.

It annoys me how it’s always the same 4 singing. Does that mean the others can’t?

@79: So when you turn 20 you have to start becoming all serious and never have a laugh? When you’re in your 20s (and early 20s and that), you can still have fun. Heck, my parents are in their 40s and they act like they’re in high school. Everybody, no matter how serious they act, are kids on the inside. It’s good to let it show. Besides, Taeyeon’s only 20 (21 in Korean age)... that’s barely an adult.

not really an snsd fan, but these girls CAN sing.
tae and seo’s voices have reallly stabilised out very nicely ive have to say that snsd is one of the more talented girl groups out there. i know comparing is a touchy issue with fans, but with the hype of 2ne1 being talented, i have to say that snsd is AS talented by the very least.

i don’t see how it gave chills. their singing is okay but that’s 4 out of 9. why don’t they all sing? And the ppl who sang for genie in a bottle (i don’t know their names) have weak vocals compared to the original but taeyeon and the other girl who sang celine dion’s song were good singers (just not chills/goosebumps worthy). SNSD is okay (still miss old kpop days though)...

Dam, maknae is really good at singing.  The video was out of sync, and I didn’t believe it was her until around 10 seconds later.  Surprised me.

A cat/pussy will bite you, if you rub it the wrong way . And we know how painful it is when a cat/pussy bites . Hehe .———————- Taeyeon was being playful/teasing/flirty coz every girl at her age is itching to have a boyfriend, just like you . Wish she will marry Samsung’s boss’s son, if he’s handsome enough . Then, all Snsd fans will have free Samsung electronics, for life . That will make Taeyeon, a real GENIE !

This is just my opinion, but I really think that Tiffany has the potential to have a more lead vocalist role (like Taeyeon or Jessica). She has a very pure sounding voice with pretty good range, I just think she lacks control.  But if she can get hold of that, I think she would be a better vocalist than Jessica.  Jessica turns me off sometimes because she sings nasally once in a while.  And Seohyun got sooo much better. There’s so much more power behind her voice now. I like it.  I think people bash these girls because they’re nine pretty faces, but they are LOADED with true talent.
