Seung Ri clears high school exams

Big Bang's maknae member, Seung Ri was revealed today to have cleared his high school qualification examinations and is now eligible to register for the college entrance examinations at the end of the year. Seung Ri took the examinations in April and has a high school diploma now.

Seung Ri, together with Daesung had dropped out of high school earlier to concentrate on their music career. Both of them took the high school qualification examinations last year but only Daesung managed to clear it at that time. After more than a year of preparations, Seung Ri has cleared the hurdle on his 2nd attempt and will be attempting to clear the college entrance examinations next.

If Seung Ri successfully clears the college entrance examinations, he will be the final Big Bang member to gain admission into an university.

I think they go to Uni when they can in between promo times. University is a bit like Grad school here in the US. Attendance isn’t required for anyone, but you pass depending on your midterm and finals grades. I think.

You know, WG DID have an education before coming to the U.S. -___- Ye Eun, Sun Ye, and Yoo Bin attended universities, but tried to actually squeeze in the time because of their busy schedule. >_< And Sun Mi and So Hee, they were in high school but dropped out LATER because of their busy schedule, too.
