SBS leaks out a secret for the Beijing Olympics

One of the major television networks in Korea, SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System) angered many Chinese netizens and Beijing's Olympic organizing committee when they released footage of next week's Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony. The SBS television crew filmed a rehearsal of the show earlier this week, and SBS released this footage to the entire world. The video was later deleted but many people already saved the video and it's currently circulating across the net.

This is surprising that a major corporation like SBS would do something so foolish. All television cast / crew members were required to sign confidentiality agreements to prevent this from happening. Maybe this is karma, considering SBS went on a copyright infringement spree recently shutting down coolsmurf's youtube pages in the process.

@chocolate raisins..lols…mine was one, too…and coolsmurf and gomdorii…it’s really sad…working so hard to translate and sub the vids and then they would take it down in an instant>_< it wasn’t their fault why my two account got disabled…it was Avex’s fault>_< but it was their fault why my 3rd account got disabled>_< alright, I’ll stop the ranting…I’ll just upload my vids in veoh and crunchyroll…
I was, sort of, glad…:lol: serves them right…it’s not like it affects their ratings(or if it does than I don’t know)...and people likes watching it…stupid SBS>_<

Hiroshi, I don’t know what world you live in, but the point of a confidentiality agreement is to not break it. It’s not a small deal. People lose their jobs over breaking these contracts, people file lawsuits. Lucky that it is only a bit of film leak, but the agreement was still broken. Doesn’t say much of the character of whoever decided to release it.
