hmmmm junsu i don’t get what the heck he’s singing @_@ but he definitely can sing (at least his rumored gf can sing better english) while Taeyang hot and can sing too but kinda lil bit shaky? yeah well good anyway

well if english is not a big deal. why do everyone mke fun of rain when he try singing in english? dont try to act like it is not important that you can say the words correctly in english. if it dont matter no need to tease rain when his english is not the best. all i see is people teasing rain english when it is actually good. anyway going back on topic taeyang still did the best

Even if TaeYang performance was good, I rather prefer Xiah performances!! He have such a great voice

lol If it was just piano, then everyone would be bored after a while. xD There isn’t much appreciation for just musical instruments in modern entertainment today.
Junsu’s voice was great. He would have definitely won if they hadn’t sung in English. Taeyang was good too~

1.) Taeyang’s english

if it was a piano playing competition taeyang would win. his song was harder to play. junsu almost looked like he wasn’t playing the piano cause there were no hand shots >.< haha
if it was a singing competition Junsu would win. despite the vocal track in the background and his english problems. he had the harder song to sing and he sounded great. =)
taeyang’s song was really… un-passionate. while junsu’s song was really passionate.
i enjoyed this but it wasn’t really a piano battle. (originally i thought they were just going to duke it out on the piano with no singing. hehe)

Junsu’s Voice ahhh~~ DBSK is just VERY BUSY~ and they have no time to take english lessons i hope they can get some too ~

i think people like taeyang because of the

as for english…both of them struggled w/ pronunciation..
some say that taeyang is better at english..but

and also i always thought music was a universal language??

i guess i’m one of these people who sing in a language that i dont speak..since i dont know korean or japanese…who causes what language it is music is music.

That was amazing *plays piano as well*. Um, vocally, I preferred Junsu. He had a very strong voice, but I really like Taeyang’s voice as well. He sings nicelly =)!! For piano, I’d pick Taeyang. Probably because I liked the melody of his song better. All in all, I’ll vote neither because I just can’t choose. XD

Candygirl: We are not talking about singing in a different language. Maybe the organizers told them to choose english songs. We’re talking from our point of view about how they sound. And based on the vocals junsu was better. I think should have chosen an easier song to sing so he could play. Or vice versa, since the songs are different you can’t really compare.

I personally don’t make fun of Rain’s english singing skills. I have a laugh at his interviewing speaking skills completely different. Singing in a different language and trying to speak in a different language is different.

I pick Junsu hands down.  He practically glow when he was playing the piano and singing at the same time.  He’s amazing.  Taeyang did great too

Junsu’s voice was heavenly, but I liked YB’s performance overall. “Don’t Wanna Try” isn’t meant to be over-sung, so I kinda wish he would have picked something different but the song is difficult to play anyway. Junsu’s vocals were excellent but there were times when I couldn’t even hear the piano. Either way, both did great =]

Junsu blew me away :D I already thought he was sexy enough when he sang with that power of his, but combine it with the one instrument that I also know how to play relatively well and you get a recipe for success in my book. But I’m also biased.

woah Taeyang can actually sing ... in English too. Honestly, when Junsu started singing, I though he was singing in Korean. Then, I remembered that it was by 98 Degrees. Overall, they both did well. Junsu has obviously better vocals but both gave an awesome performance.

Oh, and yes. I was totally let down by the “Piano Battle” label. It seems like this was a “Singing Battle” first and they let them play the piano as an afterthought. I agree with slave, it would have been better if they just skipped the singing and played the piano shirtless.

I prefer Tae Yang. His song is great, his voice is great. even his english is great.
I can’t even understand a word from JunSu’s performance. His english is soooo bad, but he also has a great voice
