interesting, assuming i was Asian, I honestly think I’d give a company like Pledis a go before SM or JYPE or even YG. Why, because I feel like the competition is less in a company like Pledis. If you are talented all you need is an outlet you know…? I feel like a really talented trainee would have a better shot at debuting under Pledis than any of the other companies.

@20, actually, i think all the auditions that these entertainment companies (like YG & SM Global) are intended for Asian-Americans (or in Canada, Asian-Canadians…). They just don’t explicitly state it. I thought it was kinda nice to see a company clearly state it, because it doesn’t leave any ambiguity.
