what’s so bad about getting surgery? they have the courage to go through all that aweful pain
let some doc break their bones, cut them open or whatever
I bet there’s many here who would do that if they could, yet laugh about other people who do
As long as you can feel better with it, I don’t see anything wrong
especially for people who were born with crooked noses or things alike and don’t dare to go out, because they are afraid they’ll get laughed at
stop complaining about everything (too fat, too thin, too much surgery, too ugly, too beautiful, blah) and just enjoy! :D

only thing wish for her sake was that they disinfect that phonebooth before actually letting her touch it. phone booth in north america irks me. and it’s proven dirty as the toilet seats in gas stations.
