I’m glad she will be working with someone as well renowned as Akon but I personally HATE Akon.  I hate his nasally voice, his generic music style and his ultra-shallow lyrics.

Boa already did a duet with Westlife years ago (for the Asian release of Flying Without Wings). Why is this such a big deal? It’s still only for Japan. I never heard the Asian version of the Westlife song playing in radios here in the west, so I doubt this one will be played either. Hence, it won’t help her career.

It would’ve been more impressive (and better for her US career) if the duet had been for Akon’s US album.
