Au contraire! It's actually none of the above.
The leader of 8eight appeared on SBS '1000 Song Challenge' as one of celebrity guests in attendance and was paired up Bada (SES), who was once a part of the phenomenal SES girl group trio.
It was during the episode that Lee Hyun made his confession shyly: "I used to be a huge SES fan back in the day. I was even an active member of their fanclub."
When such confessions about male or female idol groups are made, it is almost always followed by the inevitable question: "Who is your favorite member?"
Falling victim to this question, Lee Hyun answered, "I was a fan of Eugene," disappointing the present SES leader while creating laughter amongst the audience.
He added, "Eugene, in particular, had a striking resemblance to my ideal woman's physical appearance: Olivia Hussey."
For those who are unfamiliar with the Golden Globe Award-Winning actress, Hussey is best known for her role as Juliet in SHINee's chart-topping song in the 1968 film version of "Romeo and Juliet." She is also recognized as one of the most beautiful women in the world. In this regard, it is quite a privileged honor for Eugene to be compared to someone like Hussey.

Lee Hyun is currently promoting his solo track "30 Minutes Ago" on various music programs while also preparing for 8eight's first concert, which is to be held from October 9th to 11th.
