netizens once again blowing things out of proportion. on soompi, there was also the apology translations. and i must say that it was quite insincere, as it should be. why would he have to apologize for saying something that IMO is completely true? and most likely scripted? he only apologized so the netizens wont shit a brick in their pants again.

plus, he apparently apologized to gyuri right after the filming and honestly she doesn’t seem too pissed off in the screen caps.

I saw the translated version of his apology.
If you’ve watched the episode of Idols Army with KARA as MC and FT Island as guest, you’ll know the two groups get along well and JongHoon actually apologized to Gyuri right after the filming cause he thought the comment may be too harsh.
Gyuri isn’t the type of girl who would care such comment, she’s too cool for that.
And for the netizens to be that harsh toward Jong Hoon for something like that—- there are other things worth fighting, seriously.

1st He’s entitled to his opinion and I like that he speaks what he thinks.
2nd I like Gyuri’s personality. She’s not fake, just speak what is right. She’s confident with herself and what her parents gave her. She’s not the kind that go on programs and try to act all cute in every movement of the body [which is disgusting], or keep saying “I think i’m ugly” and let all the fans go “Oh noooo u’r not ugly at all, u’r one of the prettiest, u’r so humble”.
