and what do you think jay’s doing right now? he’s getting his head together, coming to terms with his life as of this moment. maybe jyp did pressure him to leave from behind the scenes, but that’s highly unprobable; look at how the backlash is going against him so viciously right now. he’s not a stupid man, he would have realized to some extent that this silly boycott would happen… but instead he’s honouring jay’s wishes and letting him take some time to think about where his life is headed. he might be miserable because he can’t do what he loves, but he’s being miserable at home with his family and getting support and the opportunity to slow down and live life by the minute, not by the second.
