I was in Korea so I can sort of explain the UEE phenomenon.

UEE joined After School and people were like w/e. But UEE began to go on a lot of shows promoting After School and there she revealed to everyone he dance abilities and people took notice of her amazing figure and veryyyy long and nice legs. Everyone agrees that her face always seems to be somewhat emotionless but the girl can MOVE. Because of this she has really picked up momentum.

It is also because UEE looks the youngest and gives off the young innocent vibe out of the rest.
