Meh. It was on a Sunday morning variety show. She probably chose a random number which happened to be Wondergirls’ So Hot. I’m getting the video file to see for myself.

You know, she does have a contract with jyp. Just because she’s not that popular, doesn’t mean that they’re going to drop her so easily. A good sum of money has been invested [training, surgery, bla bla…], so she’s here to stay.

At least for a little longer. They’ll probably keep pushing her until she dies of exhaustion.

Greentea I was wondering the same thing.  Why do they keep singing each other’s songs?  Is it that they can’t come up with their own songs?  I have seen this on American shows but it’s usually when someone is getting some type of life time award and folks are singing the person’s songs as a tribute to the performer receiving the award.

As for this girl, she’s trying and I give her props for that.

just cause she isn’t releasing any new stuffs, doesn’t mean she can go around destroying other songs. =_____=

why so negative? joo’s voice is pretty unique, although probably not suited for “so hot”. but she can outsing most of wonder girls any day. right now, the industry is just not very welcoming of new solo female singers… i think we desperately need a boA comeback to revive the girl power in kpop : )

star-struck : nah. Sunye/Ye eun would probably outsing her. Her voice isn’t as strong as theirs.  I agree with ya, BoA’s the best but she’s on-hiatus. =(
