J Gets the Good Old Boot

Korean-American singer, J, was once famous for her pretty looks and mid-tempo ballads. Now at 29 years old, most of Korea has forgotten about her and favors trendy teeny-boppers.
To bruise more of J’s self esteem, she broke up with her long time Korean-American boyfriend not too long ago. J, heartbroken, was spotted returning to America on March 22nd without notice.
The two were together for over a year and three months and split due to ‘personal’ reasons. It’s been noted that the two have been having problems since the making and promotions of her 6th album. Matters worsened when J decided to have concerts in February which further strained the long-distance relationship.
We're not sure what’s going to happen to her single release planned for April. But her flee to America has possibly delayed all her activities until further notice. One things for sure though, J is not only a failure in the industry but also a failure at relationships.

i totally agree on how superyoung teenage stars are taking away the spotlight from GOOD oldies like J.
but you cant rly relate her relationship w/work.
those are separate entities.

I love J’s 6th album and one of her first albums (cant remember). I haven’t heard the ones in between though.
At least she’s got less wrinkles than hyori XD

J is absolutely fantastic—> her 5th album!! OMG! waaaaay too mature for youngens these days anyway.
at least she didn’t just flop, but slowly fell out of the spotlight. I’d rather loose the spotlight, but still produce albums than get dropped by the recording company for low sales. That counts for alot you know!
