Pop diva Ivy recently made her return to the k-pop scene and she's slowly regaining her title as the "sexy queen," especially with these new "High Cut" photos. Or at least I think that's the general consensus.
So what do you guys think, is this a hit or miss? Is Ivy still the "sexy queen" of k-pop?
