I never liked 2NE1….anyway, 4Minute debut stage was pretty alright but nothing special~~ but i thought it’s better than 2NE1’s debut stage…i thought they (2ne1) were bad at the debut stage, but they g0t better by the weeks~~ anyway, i voted for jewellery… don’t like them much either but i though vocally they were better than the new girl groups~~ come on~~ they’ve been on the scene for years, so technically, they’re better~~

Hmm.. i never liked 2NE1 and i thought 4minute’s performance was mediocre. Jewelry was o.o so I voted gaga.

if you’re gonna ask a site full of 2NE1 fans, the result is obvious DUH!

I’ll go in order..
1st: 2ne1 (very powerful presence.. made me think they were debuting for the first time ever! I hated the close-ups.. they made them look weird)

2nd: Jewelry (what a way to comeback! It was very lively, they just need to work on their English skills a bit more.. the “rally” sounded like “wally” which threw me off a bit.)

3rd: Lady Gaga (she did better than I expected and she sounded good live, the only problem: her outfits!)

4th: 4minute (OK, I know they debuted for the first time but I expected a lot more from a group that is debuting for the first time. The song is awesome and catchy but the voices were squeaky and they were all over the place. I won’t hold this against them but I was disappointed. Hyunah?! I thought her voice was husky. It sounded like she was five. Their clothes resemble After School’s the most.. not 2ne1.. imo)
And for those defending 4minute by saying M!Countdown’s sound system sucks.. I think not. 2ne1 sounded fine.. it was actually 4minute’s doing that threw them off.
That’s just my opinion.

4minute’s performance was fucking trash. I expected them to be bad but not this bad.

4minute’s style is really similar to 2NE1’s, and their high vocals dont really fit it….

I don’t like 2Ne1 at all btw. Acting all ‘tough’, anyone who posts on this site could slap them once and they’d fall down and bleed to death.

I think that we should stop comparing :|

2NE1 with Jewelry a close second (two words: Hot Cars). But the off sync video kind of detracted from Jewelry’s performance and affected my decision. Lady Gaga did a pretty good job getting the crowd going.

And 4Minute…. I don’t think the extra 30 seconds is going to help. 4 minutes or no, these girls don’t seem like they’re going to impress me anytime soon. And Hyun-Ah’s dance break at the beginning was kind of lacking, too. Not enough energy in it. I think 4Minute’s got the dance down, but their singing… Needs work.

But then again, this is MCountdown. If they all performed for, say, Inkigayo, it might be different.

4minute definitely did better then than 2ne1’s first debut.

I think 2ne1 doesn’t look as ONE because there are only 4 members.
When one person is singing, and four are dancing together in the BG, it looks a lot neater. But with 2ne1, theres only three dancing in the back and one singing, giving them the appearance of looking as if they aren’t dancing as one since there are less ppl.
Though they do sometimes dance different in their own way, you can’t blame them. while they might not work in unity at some times, they have a lot of charisma that 4minute doesn’t have. at least, not yet.
either way, how do u NOT love 2ne1? it’s like, loving them comes as a package with their existance. =)

I’m gonna be biased—again. I chose 2NE1. Jewelry would’ve came second, then Lady Gaga, then 4Minute. Lady Gaga’s outfit annoyed me. Like it wouldn’t move out of the way. @___@

2NE1 was the best. 4 Minute was okay at first until they started messing up and bumping into each other, but it was their first performance so what do you expect?

i loved all but 2ne1 standed out the most to me
i think cube ent should have kept that girl w ith a bun on her head the cute one
more into training because she was WAY OUT OF BEAT
and they werent in sync but then again as there perf i’d give them credit for not lip singing(:

Wow, a lot of people voted for 2NE1. =) I didn’t really like Lady Gaga’s performance..too “eh” Even though her style is supposed to be avant-garde, I really don’t like it. 4minute was okay, I mean, the song is catchy enough, but live-wise, not very good.

2NE1. Everyone else was whatever.

I chose Jewelry because honestly, they really did have the best performance. I’m not even a fan of them either. 2ne1’s performance was a bit awkward with the close-ups. 4 minutes need a bit more practice (although that one girl with the bowl cut Jiyoon was on fire! i love her!) they need to sing with their natural voices. lady gaga sang extremely well but i wasn’t really into it.

i love 2NE1 and not a fan of lady gaga but i have to admit i liked lady gaga’s performance more. dont know why though… lol

@143: Too bad, I don’t even bother defending my favourite bands. There’s always antis everywhere. I’d have gray hair and wrinkles all over my body until I’d be done talking to 20% of them.
I support my band and I acknowledge the antis. But that’s it. I don’t run around pulling the hair of the girls that scream “UGLY BITCH” at my idols. It’s their opinions. I was just saying that 2ne1’s just putting on the act of being tough, when in fact they’re not. And I used that metaphor to underline it. =D

2NE1 forever ! i thought 4minutes’ first debut of hot issue was going to be more exciting, but i was wrong. i mean, the song was okay, it was catchy .. yes, but it was not as lively as 2NE1’s Fire .. and when they performed it was kind of quiet, not too quiet but just quiet. when you compare 2NE1’s performance to 4minutes’ ... you can really tell the difference. and the new song the jewel have is pretty catchy, I LIKE ! lol .. and Lady Gaga, ohhhh .. <33

2NE1 (: Lady Gaga was ok; she only sounded good was because she wasn’t even dancing that much. I LMFAO at all the Lady Gaga fans! xD There was something weird about 2NE1’s performance; well just the stage. I don’t think it was like in front of an audience because usually in perfs. they will show some of the audiences/fans screaming. & it sounded like the fan screams were really quiet? Idk. But 4Minute need ALOT more work to do.

COME ON, you have to be both deaf and blind if you think that the 4Minute’s Hot Issue performance was the best of the night! Honestly, the song is pretty catchy, but the girls’ do it no justice. It was horrible singing, dancing and rapping! Even the stage presence was bad! Hyun-ah can’t sing or rap, I understand why JYP kicked her out of Wonder Girls and replaced her with smoking hot Yoobin.

Well, 2NE1 ruled. But the Mnet camera sucked.
