From what I have heard, I like Dear Mom out of the two.
Destiny had a strong intro and then all of a sudden I was like..WTF?! It was all kinda hard at the beginning then turned sweet.

Dear Mom, well I’m not a sucker for ballads. Unless they’re AMAZING ballads, like DBSK’s Doushite or Bolero, or Younha’s A Perfect Day To Say I Love You, heck I even adore Big Bang’s Lies and Haru Haru, but I don’t think they count…:P Well, Hwaiting!

Is it confirmed? Seems like it is. Oh well it’s their lost. They’re going to lose Shinee, SNSD, and Super Junior who are about to come back. Seriously, and it’s for a stupid reason too. They’re banning it because DBSK didn’t go to their Gayo Show. Psh. DBSK didn’t go to MBC’s either and they’re not making a fuss (must’ve learned their lesson for being stupid and banning SM artists before due with the whole Kangin issue last year). But really, it’s KBS’s loss. These stations are being so petty. Look at MBC getting mad at Kangin last year and now he’s the first SM artist on WGM and he even got a DJ award from them this year. KBS will come crawling back to SM just like MBC did.

Destiny sounds like a mix between an NSYNC song and Eden’s Crush “Get Over Yourself” (Nicole from PCD’s first girl group).  Im not really feeling the song mostly because the vocals aren’t up to par and although its not that repetitive from what I can hear its not interesting either.

Dear Mom sounds sad but could be good, I have to hear the full song. But as much as I hated their first album I did like the ballad 7989. My only problem is Im not the biggest fan of Tiffany’s voice because its too nasally for me. (I have similar problem with some of boa’s music but I really like boa because she is an AMAZING performer)

I was wondering why TaeYeon has a smaller vocal role on this album but after the news of the WGM I can see why they reduced her lines seeing that she will not be able to perform as much since she will also be taping the show.
